Shape the feature.
Leave the build
to Kogen.
Make the product and UX decisions that define the feature. Specify technical decisions when they matter. Kogen handles the implementation, checking, independent review, rework, and resulting commit.
One shaped feature.
One accepted commit.
You approve the Intent.
Kogen takes the Build from there.
- 01
Shaper
Shapes the feature: what changes, how it should work, and which product, UX, or technical decisions matter.
- 02
Intent
Captures the shaped feature precisely enough for Kogen to build it autonomously.
- 03
Build
Implements the Intent, checks the result, independently reviews it, and reworks it when necessary.
- 04
Commit
The checked and accepted implementation of one Intent.
Shape → Approve → Build → Commit. Checks and independent review happen inside the Build, before the Commit.
In development
A small core,
built carefully.
Kogen’s core is under active development. The source is available for inspection, but the product is not yet intended for general use.
A demonstration of the full workflow is planned.
